Ventilation and ducting contractor in Bhopal

Fresh-air, exhaust, kitchen, basement and industrial ventilation systems, with GI/MS duct fabrication and installation.

Ventilation

Good ventilation means moving the right air in the right place

Stale meeting rooms, smoky kitchens, hot basements and fumes in a workshop are ventilation problems, not AC problems. More cooling won't fix them; moving air correctly will.

We design and install complete systems: working out the air changes needed, selecting fans, fabricating ducts to site measurements, installing and balancing the airflow, and commissioning.

Solutions

Ventilation systems we install

01

Fresh-air systems

Filtered outdoor air for offices, classrooms, hospitals and halls: lower CO₂ and fewer complaints of stuffiness.

02

Exhaust systems

Centrifugal and axial fans with ducted exhaust for toilets, server rooms, labs and plant rooms.

03

Basement & parking ventilation

Duct-based and jet-fan systems that clear vehicle fumes and heat from basements and parking levels.

04

Commercial kitchen exhaust

Hoods, grease ducts and make-up air for restaurants, hotel kitchens and canteens.

05

Duct fabrication & installation

GI and MS ducting fabricated to site measurements, insulated where needed, for supply, return and exhaust air.

FAQ

Ventilation: common questions

What is a fresh air unit (FAU)?

A fresh air unit brings filtered outdoor air into a building, and in many designs pre-cools it, so indoor air stays fresh without overloading the AC. It's common in hospitals, offices and auditoriums.

How is ventilation capacity calculated?

Mostly by air changes per hour for the type of space (a kitchen needs far more than an office), or by fresh air per person. We then select fans and size ducts to deliver that airflow at the right pressure.

Do you fabricate the ducts yourselves?

Yes. GI and MS ducts are fabricated to site measurements and installed by our team.

When is MS ducting used instead of GI?

GI (galvanised iron) ducting is standard for AC supply, return and general ventilation. MS (mild steel) is used where more strength or heat resistance is needed, such as commercial kitchen exhaust.

Need a ventilation system for your building?

Tell us the space (kitchen, basement, office, factory) and its size. We'll assess the airflow needed and propose a system.
