What does an AC AMC include?
A set number of scheduled service visits, cleaning of filters, coils and drain lines, checks on gas pressure, electricals and controls, and breakdown attendance. A comprehensive AMC also covers the cost of most spare parts.
How many service visits are there in a year?
It depends on the equipment and how hard it runs. An office running office hours needs fewer visits than a hospital or hotel running round the clock. The visit schedule is fixed in the contract.
How is the AMC price decided?
By the number and type of units (split, cassette, ductable, VRF indoor and outdoor), total capacity, running hours, site location and whether the contract is comprehensive or not.
Can you take over the AMC of an existing system?
Usually, yes. We inspect the equipment first, note any existing faults, and then quote the AMC.
