An engineer-led HVAC company in Bhopal
Coolcare HVAC Solutions was founded by Harish Chadha, who has spent more than 26 years in air conditioning, including years working with LG, Carrier and Onida before starting on his own. That background shapes how we work: every project starts with a proper heat-load calculation, not a thumb rule.

Which areas do you serve?
We're based in Bhopal and take up projects across Madhya Pradesh. Our completed sites include Bhopal, Itarsi, Sagar and Gwalior. For projects outside Bhopal, call us to plan the site visit.
Do you work on homes, or only commercial buildings?
We cater to both commercial and residential projects with equal care: hospitals, hotels, offices, colleges and banks, as well as VRF and ducted systems for villas and large homes, where several rooms are cooled from one outdoor unit instead of a row of split ACs.
How do you decide the right AC capacity for a building?
We calculate the heat load room by room: glass area and direction, walls and roof, number of people, lighting and equipment, and Bhopal's summer conditions. That tells us the tonnage (TR) or VRF capacity (HP) needed and which type of system makes sense.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us with your requirement. For larger projects we visit the site, study the drawings and then share an itemised quotation.
Do you take AMC for systems you didn't install?
Usually, yes. We first inspect the equipment and its condition, then quote an AMC based on the number and type of units.
